  Great Customer Service! I called Scott to ask if he could meet with a senior client to discuss a camera for her home. He was able to get it scheduled within a couple of days. He made my client very comfortable, and safe being in her home. He answered her questions and offered … More solutions to fit her need. He took the time to allow her to understand what was being offered and to get the need done. She was excited to meet Scott. Scott and his assistant were timely in arriving, explained the process of the installation, and completed the job relatively quickly to include instructions on how to use the monitor and camera. If you want Scott's services, you will be pleased !

  I had InControl Tek run some Cat 6 in my attic. They were responsive, informative and polite from the time I called to when they finished. Scott and Tyler were great and I highly recommend this company for any of your IT and networking needs.
